Monica T. Campbell, Ph.D. and Associates is seeking Pennsylvania-licensed therapists to work as fee-for-service clinicians.

We are an “in-network” provider with most private insurance plans.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist).  
  Please do not apply if you do not possess an active clinical license.
• Malpractice insurance
• NPI number required
• CAQH number preferred
• The ability to practice independently. 
• The ability to utilize an electronic practice management system. 
• Experience working with women and people of color.
• The ability to see a minimum of 8 clients per week. 
• Meet with the practice owner on a monthly basis to discuss clinical and administrative needs.

 
Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services
• Provide intake assessment
• Utilize electronic practice management system to document intake assessment, treatment plans and progress notes
• Complete all progress notes within 24 hours of the session 
• Collect all fees including copayments, co-insurance, deductible payments and no-show fees at the beginning of each session
• Process and record all fees in the practice management system
• Schedule returning clients utilizing practice management system  
• Respond to routine client correspondence (telephone or email) within 24 hours
• Maintain an average of 80% show rate for all scheduled appointments
