Treatment Philosophy

Our treatment approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Cognitive behavioral therapy explores the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behavior.  We all have patterns of thinking and behavior that can negatively impact how we feel.  We will help you notice these patterns and develop more adaptive thoughts and behaviors to improve how you feel and how you are coping with stressors.
